Marquis 500 SC as new model from all builders are increasingly pushing through style boundaries, it is hard to categorize new style as ground-breaking these days, but there is certainly something instantly visually different about the Marquis that draws attentions, no doubt consolidated with the two-tone hull color. The glossed black hull stuck out among the sea of white hulls, giving the impression of an American roadster with a chopped roof where black topsides give way to the white deck and superstructure. Unlike the traditional slab-sided motor cruise, the Marquis’ styling is a mixture of curves and crease, with the topside sheen giving way to inlaid windows, port light and polished intake grilles. Observing from off the quarter, the design has essences of both the new Predator and Absolute range, with large hunched shoulders pushing up the side deck and bulwarks finished to an angular point at the stern. Marquis takes any strain from stepping onboard.
